Our academy is structured into three primary age-based groups, with a secondary placement system that evaluates each player’s football understanding across three tiers: Academy, Compete, and Elite. Players who demonstrate accelerated development may be moved into an older group to ensure they are continually challenged and supported. When reviewing the age-group categories below, there is no need to determine your child’s level in advance. Simply register them in their appropriate age group, and our coaching staff will assess and place them in the Academy, Compete, or Elite tier accordingly.

ACADEMY

The Academy Stage, Ages 10-12, This is where basic technical skills are learned, team work is understood, while still providing a fun-winning ratio in everyday training.

COMPETE

This Compete stage, is for players ages 13-16. the focus is on developing well-rounded players with strong technical skills, advanced tactical awareness, and intelligent decision-making. Confidence, discipline, resilience, communication, and respect is instilled. The goal is to prepare athletes to transition into high-performance football.

ELITE

The Elite Stage is for ages 16-18, the focus is on preparing players for high-performance football, college opportunities, and potential professional pathways. Training builds advanced tactical intelligence, positional versatility, and consistent execution of elite-level skills under pressure. Players learn to understand game models, manage tempo, and apply complex tactical principles with precision.
